To our surprise Manager Spencer was extremely rude to me. We stopped using club cards and gave up free comp meals, hotel stays, shopping etc years ago because we valued our privacy and don't want our gambling to be tracked anymore. comp I was asking for a reservation to pay about $600-$700+ for a special family dinner. I wanted to book a RESERVATION for 6 people to the steak house on my Birthday next Saturday. Unless you are willing to give up your privacy your a second rate citizen and they don't give a damn about you.
